Choose how HR emails reach you
Get one email each morning with what is waiting for you in each company, or an email for each new task as it happens.
As HR you get emails about things that need you: an expense to review, a reminder about one still waiting, an employee's pension election. You can get them one by one, or together in one email each morning.
Choose how they reach you
| Option | What you get |
|---|---|
| Daily digest | One email each morning with what is waiting for you, per company. |
| One email per item | An email for each new task as it happens. |
Your choice saves at once. Your notifications in CLVR keep coming either way. The choice only changes your email.
What the daily digest shows
The digest comes each morning, and only when something is waiting. It has one block per company:
| Block | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Expenses to review | Expenses where it's your turn to decide. |
| Requests to answer | Red day swaps, work equipment and compassionate leave waiting for HR. |
| New pension elections | Employees who chose or changed their pension since your last digest. |
Each block has a button that opens that company. If you handle HR for several companies, the button also switches you to that company. A company with nothing waiting is left out.
An email about an employee's salary sacrifice always comes on its own. It never waits for the digest.
If you handle HR for several companies
Until you choose, neither option is ticked. You get emails one by one from the company you're employed by. The group's other companies come in the daily digest.
Pick One email per item to get every company's emails one by one. Pick Daily digest to get all of them in the morning email, your own company too.
Turn parts of the digest off
On the same page, two switches also decide what goes in the digest:
- Review requests, under About you. Off leaves expenses and requests out.
- Pension election summaries, under As HR. Off leaves pension elections out.
If nothing is left, no digest is sent.
Troubleshooting
- I didn't get a digest this morning. Nothing was waiting, or you turned off both Review requests and Pension election summaries. An empty digest isn't sent.
- A company is missing from my digest. Nothing was waiting for you there that morning.
- I chose Daily digest but still got a single email. A salary sacrifice email always comes on its own. So do emails you get as an employee, like your own expense updates.
- I don't see How HR emails reach you. It only shows for people who are HR of a company.
