Employees drop a receipt. AI fills in the category, date, amount, VAT, company and org number, and they check it.
Auto-approval covers wellness receipts at Swedish companies. Everything else goes to your approvers.
It approves only what it is sure of
AI approves a receipt only when it is a clear gym membership and it is at least 85% sure. When it is unsure, a person decides.
