CLVR Benefits started with a simple frustration: no platform would let us offer benefits employees actually wanted. So we built one.

How it started

Over a decade in HR, no platform that fit

Caroline Sandqvist had spent a decade in HR roles across Stockholm tech. Again and again she wanted to give her teams flexible benefits, benefits each employee could shape around their own life. And again and again she looked for a provider who could deliver it.

The platforms out there were either rigid, painful to administer, or built for someone else's reality. Eventually Caroline stopped looking. In 2023 she set out to build the platform she had wanted to buy.

I wanted to give my team flexible benefits they'd actually choose for themselves. Every platform I approached said it couldn't be done, or that it could, at a price that made no sense. Eventually I stopped asking and started building.
What we build

What we build & what we believe

CLVR makes flexible benefits work for Swedish employers, without piling more work on HR or more risk on finance and payroll. Employees get an allowance they shape themselves. HR gets automation and compliance. Finance gets payroll exports that reconcile.

Benefits for people

Benefits should feel personal, not like a fixed list. Every employee shapes their own package around their life.

Compliance for finance & payroll

Benefit taxation, employer social fees, and payroll export are built in from the ground up, not bolted on afterwards.

Less manual, more AI

AI and automation handle receipts, expenses, approvals, and payroll reports, so HR can spend time on people instead of paperwork.
