Surveys from CLVR
Why CLVR asks you short questions, who sees your answers, and how to turn surveys off.
CLVR sometimes asks you a short question, so we can tell what works and what to make better. Answering is always your choice.
Quick questions
After you finish something, like uploading an expense, a small card can ask how it went. Tap an answer and you are done. If the answer is low, we ask what got in the way, and you can skip that too.
You see one of these at most every 14 days, and the same one at most every 90 days. Close it with the cross and we do not ask again for 90 days.
Surveys
A survey is a few questions from CLVR. It shows on your dashboard, and it can also come by email and as a notification.
Who sees your answers
Only CLVR sees survey answers. Your employer doesn't, not even the totals. Surveys are anonymous unless the survey clearly says otherwise: we keep who answered apart from what they answered, and we only look at totals for groups of 5 or more. When a survey closes we also clear when you opened or answered it, so all we keep is that you were asked.
Please leave out names and anything about your health when you write an answer.
Turn off surveys
We then stop asking you: no surveys on your dashboard, by email or as notifications, and no quick questions.
