When to email CLVR support instead of using the in-app Report an issue form, and where to find the email link.

For almost everything, the quickest way to reach CLVR is the Report an issue button inside CLVR Benefits: it routes your message straight to us, with the issue type, any screenshots, and any linked expenses attached. Email is the alternative for the rare cases that do not fit a structured report. This article explains when to use email and where to find the link.

When the in-app form is the better choice

The Report an issue form is the fastest route for most things, because it captures context we would otherwise have to ask you for:

  • Technical issue, when something is broken or not behaving as expected. You can name the affected module and link the exact expenses involved.
  • Poor translation, when a label or text reads wrong in your language.
  • General issue, for anything else you want to raise.
  • Feature request, when you have an idea for CLVR Benefits.

The form also lets you attach screenshots or PDFs, which an email does not do for you. So for bugs tied to a specific expense, translation fixes, and general questions, start with Report an issue.

When to use email instead

Email makes sense when a structured report does not fit, for example something urgent, or sensitive details you would rather send directly. In those cases you can write to CLVR support at caroline@clvrbenefits.se.

Note.

The email link appears in the Report an issue panel for people who also manage benefits in the HR area of CLVR Benefits. If you do not see it, you can still reach the same address by emailing caroline@clvrbenefits.se from your own mail app.

Select the address to open a new message in your default mail app, already addressed to CLVR support. The message starts blank, so add a clear subject and describe what you need.

Troubleshooting

  • Nothing happens when I select the email link. Your device needs a default mail app set up to handle email links. If it is not, copy the address, caroline@clvrbenefits.se, into the email tool you do use.
  • I do not see an email link. It only shows in the HR area's Report an issue panel. For everyday reports, the Report an issue form is the route to use, and you can always email caroline@clvrbenefits.se directly.
  • My issue is about a specific expense. Use the Report an issue form instead, where you can link the expense and attach a screenshot so we have the full picture.
