Expenses from an earlier employment

Expenses & Receipts 1 min readUpdated yesterday

If you left the company and came back, your earlier expenses stay in My expenses under Earlier employment, and they don't count toward your new allowance.

If you left the company and were hired again, you start a new employment in CLVR. Your earlier expenses don't disappear. They're kept apart, and they don't count toward your new allowance.

Where your earlier expenses are

Open My expenses on your Me page. Expenses from before you came back are in their own group, Earlier employment, after the years of your current employment.

You can open, search, filter and export them like your other expenses.

Why they don't affect your new allowance

When you're hired again, your allowance is set again from your new start date. HR can scale it to the part of the benefit period you're employed. What you spent in your earlier employment was settled then. It's kept as history and left out of your new allowance.

Your dashboard shows only your current employment.

Troubleshooting

  • I can't find an old expense. Open the Earlier employment group at the end of My expenses, or search for it with Search all years.
  • My allowance looks lower than a full year's. HR may have scaled it to the part of the period you're employed. Ask HR if it looks wrong.
