Express interest in a partner benefit
Send interest from a partner's detail page, how the form is prefilled from your profile, what happens and who is notified after you send, and how to cancel a request.
Some partner benefits need a company agreement before they can appear in your benefit store. When you find one that interests you, you can send your interest from its detail page so CLVR and the provider know you want to move forward. They then reach out to you directly to coordinate the next steps. This is an HR action, so you reach it from Partner benefits in the HR menu.
Open the partner and start
Open Partner benefits in the HR menu, then select the partner you want. While no one at your company has acted on it yet, the partner shows the status Available.
On the detail page you see an Express interest notice that explains the two paths:
- Send interest, if you want CLVR to coordinate an introduction with the provider.
- We already have an agreement, only if your company has already signed a contract and is ready to activate the benefit for employees.
This article covers the first path. For the second, see how to activate a partner when you already have an agreement.
Fill in the interest form
The form asks for a few contact details so the provider knows who to reach. For Personalcyklar, the fields are Name, Company, Phone number, and Email.
CLVR prefills these from your HR profile where it can, so you rarely start from a blank form:
- Name: your first and last name, joined together.
- Email: the email address on your account.
- Company: your company's name.
- Phone number: a phone number from your profile, if one is stored.
Field names vary slightly by partner, but the contact details are always the same four. Check each value and correct anything that is out of date before you send.
The phone number is the one field that can come up blank. CLVR looks for a phone-type detail on your profile (for example a field labelled phone, mobile, or telefon). If your profile does not have one, the Phone number field is left empty for you to type in.
How to change a prefilled value
Every prefilled field is a normal input, so editing is simple: select the field, then type over or correct the value, and leave the fields you are happy with as they are. Nothing is locked. If the prefilled name or email is not the best contact for this partner, just replace it before you send interest. The values you submit are what gets sent.
If you have already filled in and saved this partner's form once (for example you sent interest, cancelled, and came back), CLVR shows what you last entered rather than the profile default. The order CLVR uses for each field is:
- The value you previously saved for this partner, if any.
- Otherwise, the matching detail from your profile.
- Otherwise, an empty field.
So a value you typed in yourself always wins over the profile prefill, and you never lose an edit by reopening the form.
Send your interest
When the details look right, select Send interest. All required fields must be filled first. If one is empty, the form will not submit and the request is rejected with a missing required fields message, so go back and complete the blank field.
After sending:
- The partner status changes to Interest sent.
- A confirmation notice appears telling you the provider has received your interest and will contact you directly.
- CLVR is notified internally so they can help coordinate.
- The provider (and CLVR) receive an email with your company name and the contact details you submitted.
You do not need to do anything else right now. The provider takes it from here and gets in touch with you.
What happens after you send
The first thing that happens is a record: your answers from the interest form are stored against your company, and the partner's status changes from Available to Interest sent. That saved record is the source of truth. Even if a notification email is delayed, your interest is already on file, so you never need to send it twice to be sure it registered.
Once the form is accepted, the partner page swaps the form for a confirmation notice. It thanks you, names the partner, and tells you they will be in touch. For Personalcyklar, for example, it reads:
Thank you. Personalcyklar has received your interest. They will contact you directly. When you both have agreed, continue here using "We already have an agreement".
Who gets notified
Sending interest fans out to two places behind the scenes:
- CLVR is notified internally so the team can help coordinate the introduction between you and the provider.
- The provider and CLVR receive an email that names your company and includes the contact details you submitted on the interest form (the name, email, and phone number for whoever should be reached).
Notification emails are sent on a best-effort basis. If one fails to send, it does not undo your interest: the saved interest record stays in place and remains the source of truth. In practice the partner keeps the Interest sent status regardless, and CLVR can still see and act on your interest.
After you both agree
Once you and the provider have agreed and your company has a signed contract, come back to this same partner page. The interest notice points you to the next step: select We already have an agreement to continue to activation, where you upload the signed agreement and set up what employees will see.
Cancel a request
If you sent interest but no longer want to go ahead, you can withdraw the request. Cancelling resets the partner so you can start fresh later, and it does not affect any benefit that is already live for your employees.
On a partner with the status Interest sent, select the Cancel request button on the detail page. That is the whole action: there is no extra confirmation form. The status badge changes to Cancelled, and the page returns to the starting view with the Send interest form, so you can express interest again whenever you are ready.
The Cancel request button only appears while the request is at the Interest sent stage. Once you have moved further along (uploaded an agreement and submitted for go-live), use your CLVR support contact instead.
What cancelling does:
- Status becomes Cancelled. The badge shows Cancelled on both the partner card and its detail page.
- You can start again. A cancelled partner behaves like an available one: the Send interest form comes back, and you can send interest again later.
- Uploaded files are cleared. Any documents you attached to the interest request are archived and then removed from the request, so a fresh start does not carry over old uploads.
Cancelling an interest request is not the same as taking a benefit out of your store. If the partner is already Live in store, there is no Cancel request button; to stop a live benefit, open it and use Remove from store instead. Cancelling only affects your interest request: it does not delete the partner from the catalog, and you can always come back to it.
Troubleshooting
The form will not submit, or you are told required fields are missing. A required field is empty. Both partner forms check their required fields before saving anything (the interest form runs when you select Send interest; the activation form runs when you select Activate for employees). An empty field is flagged with a short "is required" message (for example Name is required or Signed agreement is required), and the form is rejected instead of saving. A field counts as missing when:
- A text field such as Name or Email is empty, or contains only spaces.
- A required choice has nothing selected.
- A required file like Signed agreement has no file attached, or the attached file is empty (zero bytes).
On the interest form, the required fields are the contact details the provider needs: Name, Company, Phone number, and Email. CLVR prefills these where it can, so check each value and complete any that came through blank. The values you already entered are not cleared when the form is rejected, so just complete the flagged fields and submit again.
A prefilled value is wrong or the phone number is empty. Type over it before sending; only what you submit is shared with the provider. To fix a detail everywhere, update your profile (or ask your HR contact to), so it prefills correctly next time.
A required field still shows as missing after prefill. Prefill only fills the four contact details. Other required fields, and any contact field your profile could not supply, still need a value before you can send.
There is no interest form, just partner information. That partner does not have a coded interest and activation flow yet. You can still read its content; contact CLVR if you need the HR actions enabled.
I do not see a Cancel request button. It only shows while the status is Interest sent. If the partner is already Live in store, you are looking for Remove from store. For a request that is further along, contact your CLVR Benefits contact.
I cancelled by mistake. No problem. Open the partner again and use the Send interest form to express interest a second time.
My old uploads are gone after re-sending interest. That is expected. Files from a cancelled request are cleared, so attach the documents again when you send interest the next time.
No one has reached out yet. The provider contacts you directly after CLVR coordinates. If it has been a while, your HR contact can follow up with CLVR.
