How to sign in with BankID on a computer with the QR code or on your phone with the BankID app, and what to do when BankID doesn't work.

If you work for a company in Sweden, you can sign in to CLVR Benefits with BankID. You don't type anything. BankID tells CLVR your personnummer, and CLVR finds you by the personnummer HR added to your employee details.

Sign in with BankID is the first button on the sign-in page. Your other way to sign in still works: a sign-in link, a password, Microsoft or Google.

Note.

BankID is on for Swedish companies unless your company has turned it off.

On a computer

On the sign-in page, select Sign in with BankID. A QR code shows under Scan with BankID.

Open the BankID app on your phone, tap the QR icon and point the camera at the code.

In the BankID app, enter your security code and select Identify. CLVR signs you in and opens your dashboard.

The code changes every second. That's normal. Select the code to show it full screen. You have 5 minutes to scan it. When one minute is left, select More time if you need it.

If BankID is installed on the computer, select Open BankID on this computer instead. An iPad works like a computer: it shows the QR code.

On your phone

On the sign-in page, select Sign in with BankID.

The BankID app opens. If you see Open BankID, tap it.

Identify yourself in the BankID app. You come back to CLVR on your own and are signed in.

Safari opens BankID by itself. Chrome and other browsers need you to tap Open BankID. If the app doesn't open, select Open BankID again.

A phone never shows a QR code. If you don't have the BankID app on the phone, sign in on a computer and scan the code there.

In the CLVR app on an iPhone home screen, BankID may send you to Safari when you're done. Safari shows BankID is done. Go back to CLVR on your home screen to finish signing in.

Troubleshooting

  • We couldn't find your account. No employee in CLVR has the personnummer from your BankID. Ask HR to add it. Meanwhile, select Sign in with email.
  • Your company doesn't use BankID to sign in. Your company has turned BankID off. Sign in the way you usually do, for example with your work email.
  • BankID didn't respond, or Time ran out. Select Try again for a new QR code, or to open the BankID app again.
  • Sign-in cancelled. You, or the BankID app, stopped the sign-in. Select Try again to start over.
  • The BankID you are trying to use is blocked or too old. Use another BankID, or get a new one from your bank.
  • The BankID app couldn't be found. Install the BankID app from your app store or https://install.bankid.com, and get a BankID from your bank.
  • Nothing happens when I tap Sign in with BankID on my phone. Tap Open BankID on the next screen. Some browsers only open BankID from a tap.
