Set what employees can request
Keep the list of work equipment employees can ask for, such as a company phone. The request form offers your list instead of a free text box.
When your company offers Work equipment, employees ask for things like a company phone from the Benefit Store. You decide what they can ask for. The form shows your list as a choice, in your order. With nothing on the list, employees write what they want in their own words.
Edit the list
A list holds up to 30 items. Each item can be up to 120 characters. Two items can't have the same name, and an item can't be empty.
What employees see
The first field of the form becomes a choice from your list. If you save an empty list, the field goes back to free text. Nobody is ever left without a way to ask.
A request keeps the item's name from when it was sent. Renaming or removing an item later doesn't change a request already sent.
Troubleshooting
- The category shows Needs attention. The list is empty. Add at least one item, or leave it empty on purpose so employees write freely.
- The save says "A list holds at most 30 items. Remove one to save." Remove an item, then save again.
- The save says "Two items have the same name." Rename or remove one of them, then save.
- The save says "You can't change this company's list." Your holding company manages Benefit settings for your group. Ask them to change the list.
