Contact CLVR Benefits by email
When and how to reach the CLVR team directly by email, alongside or instead of an in-app report.
When you open Report an issue anywhere in the HR area of CLVR Benefits, the panel offers a second way to reach us next to the reporting form: a direct email link to the CLVR team. The in-app report is the quickest route for most things, but email is there when you would rather have a conversation or your question does not fit a one-way report.
Where the email link appears
Select Report an issue from the HR area header to open the panel. Under the short intro, Tell us what happened so we can help., you see an extra line:

Select the address to open your mail client with a new message already addressed to caroline@clvrbenefits.se. This line only appears in the HR area, so it is there whenever you are working in HR.
When to email instead of submitting a report
The in-app form is best for issues tied to a specific screen or expense, since it captures the module and any linked expenses for you. Reach out by email when:
- You have an account or setup question that is not about a particular screen.
- Something is urgent and you want a direct reply.
- You want a back-and-forth conversation rather than a one-way report.
You can do both. Submit the in-app report so the team has the module, any linked expenses, and your attachments, then email if you want to add context or talk it through. Mentioning the report in your email ties the two together.
Help us route your message
Email does not carry your company details automatically the way the in-app form does, so add them yourself:
- Put your company name in the message and a clear subject line.
- Describe what you expected and what actually happened.
- Attach screenshots or PDFs if they help (the in-app form accepts PNG, JPG, and PDF up to 10 MB each, so the same files work well by email).
Troubleshooting
- The email link does nothing. Your device may have no default mail app set. Copy the address, caroline@clvrbenefits.se, into the email tool you use instead.
- I do not see the email line. It appears in the HR area only. If you are on an employee page, switch to HR and open Report an issue there.
