An AI assistant, receipts that fill themselves in and a rebuilt webapp

Eleven new and rebuilt features for HR, managers and employees, in one release.

Eleven new and rebuilt features for HR, managers and employees, in one release.

This month, receipts are read for you as you upload them, almost every screen HR, managers and employees use has been rebuilt, and the CLVR Assistant can now answer questions about your benefits, your receipts and the page you are looking at.

Every section below plays the feature on screen next to the write-up, drawn from the real product, so you can see it working while you read. It all went live on October 6, 2026.

CLVR Assistantapp.clvrbenefits.com

CLVR Assistant

Preview

The CLVR Assistant lives in the account panel, so it is one click away on every page. Ask it about your company's policies, your allowance or an expense that is waiting for a decision. Answers come from the documents HR has uploaded to Company Files and, if HR allows it, from your own data in CLVR.

Not sure whether something is covered? Attach the receipt and ask. The assistant prices it against your allowance and shows what you pay, what your allowance covers and what you have left afterwards, before you upload anything.

It can also explain the page you are on, like the tax breakdown on an expense you are about to submit. It asks first, every time. Say yes and it gets one snapshot of that page as it looks right now, and nothing outside it.

When the question is about your money, the answer is a small card instead of a wall of text: your allowance and when it resets, your expenses and where they are, the benefits you can choose from.

Your chats are yours. HR does not see them, only the questions the documents could not answer, without names, so they know which policies to clarify. Chats are deleted 90 days after your last message, and you can delete one yourself at any time.

The assistant is in preview, and we turn it on per company. Want it for yours? Tell us, and HR decides what it may read.

Receipt scanning and auto-approvalapp.clvrbenefits.com/dashboard/upload-expense

Receipt scanning and auto-approval

Drop a receipt on your dashboard and we read it for you. Category, expense date, cost including VAT, the VAT rate, company name and organization number are filled in while you watch, and each one is marked "From receipt" so you can tell what came from the scan and what you typed yourself. Change any of them before you submit.

The upload is now one page: the receipt, the form and a summary side by side. The summary answers the question everyone has, which is what you get back. It shows the amount, which payroll it lands in, what is left of your allowance afterwards and, when a benefit is taxable, the social fee and how it is reported.

Wellness receipts need three confirmations for the Tax Agency: that the activity counts as wellness, that the receipt is valid, and that it shows you have paid. Tick them, submit, and you land on your own page with the expense open.

That is where AI review takes over, for companies that have turned it on. It checks the expense against your company's rules and the Tax Agency's guidelines, one check at a time, and approves it automatically when everything passes. If something does not, it goes to your approver instead.

The review is its own step on the expense, with the checks it ran and how confident it was, and HR can revert the decision with one click.

Customize your HR dashboardapp.clvrbenefits.com/hr

Customize your HR dashboard

The HR dashboard is now made of widgets you choose. Employer savings, benefits delivered, participation rate, budget utilization, top benefit categories, tax treatment, what needs your attention and recent activity are all in the widget library, and the previews use your own numbers.

Switch to customizing to add, remove, resize and reorder. Each widget comes in a few widths, and several have their own options, like how many categories to show or whether the savings chart projects to year end.

Your layout is yours. Everyone in HR can arrange the dashboard that fits their work, and nobody else sees the change. If you want to start over, reset to the default layout or begin from an empty dashboard.

Expense table and expense detailsapp.clvrbenefits.com/hr/expenses

Expense table and expense details

The expense table is rebuilt to be faster to scan and filter. Five views sit at the top: All expenses, Waiting on you, Waiting on others, Needs approvers and Approved. Build your own with filters on any column and save it as a view. A saved view remembers its columns and row height, and it is personal to you.

Choose which columns to show, switch between comfortable and compact rows, and export exactly what you see. The export holds every matching expense, not just the page on screen. When an expense is waiting on you, approve it or send it back straight from its row.

Open an expense and its details dock beside the table instead of covering it. The receipt, the checks that ran on it and one approval card are in the same place. The card follows the expense from submitted, through every approval step, to payroll, and shows which step it is on.

Approve, request changes or decline from the panel, add an approver to the current step when someone else should look, and move to the next expense without closing anything.

Employees, in one placeapp.clvrbenefits.com/hr/employees/view

Employees, in one place

The employee table now shows what HR actually looks for: allowance, used and remaining next to each person, with a filter on how much of the allowance is used. Save the combinations you return to as your own views.

Open someone and everything about them is in one panel: their employee data, their benefits, every adjustment made to their allowance and their access. Add or deduct from this year's allowance with a reason, without leaving the page. The reason is saved with the adjustment, so the next person can see why.

Adding people is simpler too. Type or paste a few new people into a table, or import a file. Before anything changes we show who is new, who is updated and who is not in the file, and nothing happens to the last group unless you tick them.

Reports, and reporting a problemapp.clvrbenefits.com/hr/reporting

Reports, and reporting a problem

Payroll reports are listed a year at a time, one row per month, each with its total and where it stands: still collecting, ready, or downloaded, and by whom. Preview a month as a sheet before you download it, in the format your payroll system needs.

If a number looks wrong, report it from the report. Click the cell, the column or the row, write what you expected, and send it to CLVR. We get your comment together with the cell it points at and a copy of the file as you see it, so you do not have to explain where to look. You get a reference and an answer by email.

Reported cells are marked in the corner, so everyone in HR can see what has already been raised.

Benefit settingsapp.clvrbenefits.com/hr/settings/benefits

Benefit settings

We rebuilt benefit settings around the question you come with: what do employees see in this category, and how does it reach payroll?

Pick a category on the left and everything about it is in one place, in two tabs. Expense uploads and the Benefit Store each have their own tax treatment, payroll code and approval flow, because they often need different ones.

One switch is gone on purpose. You no longer turn a whole category on or off in the store. A category shows in the store when at least one of its benefits is shown, and disappears when none is. You decide per benefit, and the category follows. That removes the most confusing state the old page had, a category that was on with nothing in it, or off with benefits you thought employees could see.

In the store, set defaults once for every benefit in the category and change only the benefits that need something different. A benefit with its own setting is marked in purple, and one click resets them all to the defaults.

Allowance settingsapp.clvrbenefits.com/hr/settings/allowance

Allowance settings

Change the yearly allowance or the reset date and the change is scheduled for the next cycle, so nothing moves for employees in the middle of a year. Until then you can edit it or cancel it.

Choose what happens to money nobody used. Reset everyone to zero, or let the balance carry over: all of it or up to a limit, with an expiry date if you want one.

Decide whether the allowance is pro-rated for people who join or leave during the year, and whether overspend is asked back when someone leaves.

Three months before each reset, CLVR asks HR to confirm the coming allowance year. One person confirms, and it is done for everyone.

Approval flowsapp.clvrbenefits.com/hr/settings/approvals

Approval flows

Approval settings are three tabs: approvers, flows and reminders. Start with the people. Manager and HR are built in, and you add your own groups, like Salary and Finance.

Then build flows from those groups. Every flow starts when an expense is submitted and ends when it is approved and sent to payroll, with the steps in between running one after another: manager, then HR, then salary.

When the order does not matter, let groups share a step. They can approve in any order, and you choose whether all of them must approve or any one of them is enough. Within a group you decide the same thing: one person, a few, or everyone.

Reminders nudge approvers when an expense has waited too long, so nothing is stuck when payroll closes.

Your page, for employees and managersapp.clvrbenefits.com/me

Your page, for employees and managers

Your page shows your total compensation: salary, pension, benefits and what your employer pays on top, month by month or for the whole year.

Below it is every expense you have submitted, with where it is in the approval flow. Search across all years, and open one to see its receipt and each step it has passed.

If you approve expenses, everything waiting on you is now in one list under To review, with the count next to it. Open an expense to check the receipt and decide, without going to the HR pages.

Managers also get a Team view: how much of the allowance each person who reports to them has used, and what is waiting on the manager. It makes it easy to spot someone who has not used their wellness allowance and remind them before it resets.

A reworked webappapp.clvrbenefits.com

A reworked webapp

The whole webapp has been reworked, starting with Home. It opens with what you have left to use this year and when it resets, then your deadlines, the receipt upload and a preview of how this month lands on your payslip.

Each benefit's page is rebuilt too, and tells you what to do next, or why the benefit cannot be used yet. Company Files is rebuilt with folders, search and previews, and a folder HR shares only with CLVR.

Navigation, tables, side panels and notifications are built on the same patterns, so every page works the same way. Confirmations are toasts in the corner that get out of your way. Things that need you are marked with the same red dot everywhere. Pages show their outline the moment you click, and the pages you use most can be saved as favourites.

That's October

Everything above shipped in version 2026.10.0. AI review is a setting HR turns on, and the assistant stays in preview while we learn from your questions, so tell us where it gets things wrong.
